Design Package: Crafting a Tailored Plan

With the concept in place, we develop a comprehensive interior design package. This document outlines the project scope and confirmed product selections. The contractor will refer to the final design package throughout the renovation process as it will include design details such as cabinetry design; tile layout patterns; lighting plans; detailed demolition & construction notes; all product specifications & details, etc.

The final, signed, and approved product list, resulting from our collective efforts, serves as the reference for the procurement of all designer-select materials well before your project’s commencement.

To ensure a smooth and timely renovation journey, we recommend placing orders for all materials at least 3-4 months prior to your scheduled renovation start date. This foresight allows us to account for any potential backorders or unforeseen delays.

We take charge of coordinating the timely delivery of all items, either before or within the first week of your renovation, in close collaboration with you and your chosen contractor.
