Each paint company launches their own colour trends for 2015. Today’s post showcases two colour trends from two of the most popular paint brands: Benjamin Moore and Sherwin Williams. Explore the upcoming popular 2015 paint colour trends below.
Benjamin Moore – Colour of the Year
Guilford Green HC-116
“A neutral that’s natural. A silvery green that works with, well, everything. No worries. No second thoughts. Just a brush, dipped in a can, whooshed on a wall, and a whole lot of happily ever after.” – Ellen O’Neill, Creative Director, Benjamin Moore
Sherwin Williams
Each year Sherwin Williams creates its own colour forecast. This year’s colour palette was inspired by an extensive list of products and people, such as artists and photographers. Here are the four collections:
Chrysalis
“We look to the earth and sky for inspiration with colors that create an oasis.”
Voyage
“From space tourism to undersea resorts, we look to beyond to find colors that are supernatural and magical.”
Buoyant
“Bright florals, green spaces, urban environments define the color in this palette.”
Unrestrained
“We celebrate bold, ethnic-inspired colors to the Bohemian lifestyle.”
