Good Things Come in Small Packages

You’ve heard the saying “all good things come in small packages” and that couldn’t be more accurate with our Frank St Bathroom Design.

Purposeful Design

This small bathroom measures 7’-3” x 5’-5” and is the main bathroom in our client’s downtown home. Therefore, we needed to ensure each square inch was planned accordingly so as not to waste any space. Every square inch of this bathroom has an intended purpose.

Neutral Finishes

Since this is a small space, we wanted to select a monochromatic colour palette with little contrast and minimal finish selections.

We carried the floor tile up on the back wall of the custom walk-in shower. The Venezia tile collection is inspired by a form of terrazzo called pavimento alla Veneziana (Venetian pavement). The rich tonalities and ornate geometric designs showcase a modern art deco sensibility which adds a beautiful pattern to the overall bathroom design.

A Touch of Colour

Installing this gorgeous handcrafted blue subway tile at opposite ends of the custom shower provides rich textures and colour to this bathroom design. The Riad tile collection is inspired by the hospitality and local colour of typical traditional Moroccan guesthouses, characterized by interior gardens or courtyards.

Custom Walk-in Shower

We installed this low-profile curbless acrylic shower base. Not only is it easy to maintain and clean, but it also eliminates the need for a shower curb and looks as though the floor seamlessly transitions into the shower.

Custom Vanity

The custom vanity is fabricated of a natural stained birch wood finish. We were able to design the vanity and linen tower and provide our client with more than double the storage they previously had in their bathroom.

The Serena Vessel Sink is a modern sink with all the features needed for a unique, and elegant bathroom. This small sink with its soft edge can do well in any space to conserve surface area.

Washlet Toilet

Mixed Finishes

The stainless finish of the Ara Bath Collection creates a streamlined look of contemporary elegance with its defined geometric angles and edges. It pairs so well with the geometric design of the Venezia tile collection. The subtle contrast of the black finish in the framed mirror and wall sconces is just enough to add a little drama and adds the perfect finishing touch to this bathroom design.
