Dream Ensuite Design – Rebecca Bathroom Design Project

Picture yourself entering this bathroom oasis, dimming the lights, soaking in your tub while enjoying a glass of Pinot Noir… That is exactly what I envisioned when I was designing this ensuite bathroom. I wanted to select a warm and neutral colour palette that would evoke relaxation. Here is the Rebecca bathroom design project.

Stunning Lighting

Collaborating with a lighting specialist to come up with a unique way to illuminate the ensuite was a key component in creating this oasis. Adding accent lighting in the floor surrounding the freestanding bathtub and additional accent lighting in the walk-in shower make this ensuite unique. The layers of lighting allow my client to control the ambiance in the ensuite.

Who wouldn’t love to have illuminated vanity mirrors to get ready in the morning?

Warm Neutral Finishes

To achieve this warm and neural colour palette, I selected the Valentino Elegance Piazza di Spagna Levigato porcelain tiles for the custom walk-in shower paired with the Leonard Update tile collection for the floor and a warm gray tone finish for the vanity. We carried the large format floor tile throughout the ensuite into the shower which gives you that continuous look, as well as adding a tiled linear Schluter shower drain.

The ensuite is accented with matte black faucets and accessories from the Brizo Siderna Collection which are absolutely stunning!
